ICHR Selection of research proposals – 2015Following significant achievements of the collaboration of ICHR with Health departments from 5 partner provinces of central and highland regions of Vietnam (regarding technical and financial supports on community health research on priority health issues), ICHR has recently continued its screening process on the selection of the research proposals submitted from health staffs of these provinces for its technical and financial support in 2015. ICHR also planned to organize training courses on research methodology in the year 2015 in order to enhance research capacity of health staff and provide scientific evidence to assist health care planning at the local level. ICHR’Scientific Committee: reviewed all the submitted proposals round 1 ICHR’Scientific Committee has reviewed all the submitted proposals and selected 9 proposals (4 from provincial departments and 5 from Hue UMP) for considering of providing technical and funding support by ICHR in 2015. Authors of the selected proposals have given oral presentation of their proposals and received comments from the reviewing board of ICHR for the proposals’ revision on the 7th March and 15th March, 2015 in Hue city. In the coming time of the year 2015, ICHR plans to hold the training courses on “Writing research proposal” and “Biostatistics: Data analysis” for health staff in 5 intervention provinces.
